CLOZBOX AT A GLANCE
ClozBox DMS is a dealership management system for independent and Buy Here Pay Here auto dealers. It runs on a small dedicated appliance inside the dealership, so daily work does not require an internet connection and dealership records stay on encrypted storage at the dealership.
ClozBox is a dealership management system (DMS) delivered on a dedicated hardware appliance. Staff sign in and work through a web browser on the dealership’s local network. The database, customer files, vehicle photos, deal calculations, and documents stay on the appliance’s encrypted storage instead of a vendor’s cloud.
Independent used-car dealerships and Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) dealerships. Single stores and dealer groups can both buy ClozBox; groups can ask for multi-location configuration and volume pricing.

ClozBox arrives prepared for dealership initialization. It is a dedicated compute platform that runs the dealership software and its database locally. The production enclosure measures 94.5 × 64 × 35 mm, only slightly larger than a credit card in footprint.
Normal dealership operations are designed to run locally without a required internet connection: customers, inventory, deals, payments, collections, titles, forms, and reports. The separate sales website, online ordering, shipping communication, and optional support communication do need the internet.
A typical cloud DMS keeps dealership records on the vendor’s servers and needs an online connection to sign in and work. ClozBox does not depend on a cloud database or cloud sign-in for normal operations. The public ClozBox website cannot see, synchronize, back up, or remotely access dealership records, and routine support does not include remote access to them.
ClozBox does not send email or SMS, connect to lenders or credit bureaus, fetch online appraisals, syndicate inventory, or process card payments itself; it records payments taken by a separate card processor. Its accounting records are practical and do not replace full double-entry accounting. ClozBox is a record-keeping tool and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, lending, or state-specific compliance advice.
Talk with ClozBox or request a quote, then order through this website when online ordering is open. Your account shows configuration review, preparation, acceptance testing, shipment, and delivery. At the dealership you initialize the appliance, create staff accounts, configure settings, import approved records, and set up backups, following an eight-step setup guide in your account.

ClozBox is a one-time system purchase. Maintenance and support (ClozBox Care) is a separate yearly plan. The appliance runs locally without a required cloud-software subscription. Financing and lease-to-own are not offered until an approved program is in place.
