Accessibility statement.

Our goal

We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, for this website. This statement describes our own testing; it is not a certification, and this website has not been audited by an independent accessibility firm.

What we have done

• Keyboard access to navigation, menus, forms, and the account and support flows, with a visible focus indicator and a skip link.
• Form fields with visible labels, specific error messages tied to each field, and status messages announced to screen readers.
• Reduced motion: animated product scenes and videos respect your device’s reduced-motion setting.
• Text alternatives for informative images, and decorative images hidden from assistive technology.
• Layouts that reflow down to 320 pixels wide without horizontal scrolling.

Known limitations

• The interactive 3D product model is a visual demonstration. The same parts are listed in text next to it, and you can skip it entirely.
• Product walkthrough videos have no sound, so they need no captions, but each one only has a short written title and summary. A full step-by-step text version of every video is not available yet; ask us and we’ll send one.
• Legal pages are placeholders until their final text is approved.
